I feel very lucky I was referred to Mr Arambage from my GP. I was seen very quickly; all the procedures were explained clearly and had follow up appointments organised very fast and at convenient times. I could not wish for a better care. The Manor hospital was also amazing and his secretary Fiona was very responsive and always informed me regarding appointments and results. I would highly recommend Mr Arambage to anyone needing gynaecological treatment.

I have been trying to sort out some gynae issues for a fair few years now and Mr Arambage’s gentle, no-nonsense, ‘let’s just get on and sort this’ attitude, helped by an incredibly efficient service brilliantly organised by his assistant Fiona Goulthorp, resulted in me having everything sorted within weeks. I was quite scared of the procedure; not just because of the ‘major operation’ descriptor, but because of what it meant to me as a woman. All the people involved, receptionists, consultants, anaesthetist, technician, nurses and caterers worked to make me feel confident and properly cared for. And a final shout out to Rita Pinto, a nurse in the pre op team at the Manor Hospital. She had told me I needed a PCR test & would have to go back into Oxford the next day. Having established this was no longer necessary, Rita took it upon herself to personally deliver an LFT to my front door - thank you Rita. And thank you to everyone involved in looking after me last week. You were all amazing.

Mr Arambage has been amazing throughout the whole process from the initial consultation right through to post surgery. He has a genuine care for all of his patients and is very personable, calm and caring whilst maintaining the utmost professionalism. He explains everything to you simply and clearly too. I genuinely could not have asked for a better surgeon and level of care.

I was seen really quickly. Mr Aramgage listened and showed empathy to my problems. I had a chance to say what treatment I would prefer and he explained the procedure, pros and cons and possible complications clearly.
